SECURITY POLICY
Customer privacy, satisfaction and online security is top priority for L’ements of the Earth. So we have the following measures in place to ensure that your online shopping experience is conducted with the latest in online security protocols while visiting our website.

Credit Card Orders
Credit card orders will be processed for approval and shipment details confirmed within two (2) to three (3) business days. We will obtain credit card authorization from the card-issuing bank and employ other verification techniques before completing any transaction. We will not store your credit card or payment information after your transaction with L’ements of the Earth is completed. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, Zelle, Venmo and CashApp.

You may place an order by telephone with L’ements of the Earth by contacting us at (323) 732-5359 Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm (CST). We will be happy to assist you.
Delivery Requirements
L’ements of the Earth will ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS or similar shipping service provider, and a signature upon delivery will be required. Items will only be shipped to a physical home or business address. Shipments will not be made to P.O. Boxes.
RETURN POLICY
L’ements of the Earth will honor all returns made within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of product. Product should be returned with all original packaging and in its original condition. Once the returned item has been received in the L’ements office and it is determined that the product has not been tampered with or altered, the return will be processed.
